How does Personalized and Custom-Made work?
All products are made-to-order. Each product page includes a special instructions field where you can enter the details needed to personalize your item (such as names, dates, scripture, etc.). If your order requires a photo upload, you can submit that through the inquiry design form in our inquiry area. Please double-check all spelling and details before submitting — once your order is in production, changes may not be possible.
Do you provide a mockup before production?
Yes! We create a digital mockup of your personalized design before we begin production. We'll send it to you for approval, and we ask that you respond promptly so we can keep your order on schedule. Production begins only after you've approved the mockup.
What if I make a typo or submit incorrect information?
We ask all customers to carefully proofread their personalization details before submitting. As a reminder, this is noted on each product page and in our inquiry design form. Because items are made to order based on the information you provide, we are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer. If you catch a mistake before your mockup is approved, please contact us immediately, and we'll do our best to correct it.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Turnaround times vary by order type:
- Personalized designs: 1–7 business days processing + 3–8 business days shipping
- Custom-made designs: 3–4 weeks processing + 3–8 business days shipping
Processing begins after mockup approval for personalized designs. Shipping times may vary based on your location.
What is your exchange and return policy?

Absolutely! We love bringing new ideas to life. If you have a design in mind that isn't listed in our shop, submit an inquiry through our Inquiry design form, and we'll get back to you to discuss the details.
