For cancellations, please submit your request within 24 hours of placing your order. After the 24‑hour window, your design will begin processing, and changes or cancellations can no longer be made.

Because every item is created specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. However, if you experience an issue with your order, please contact me directly. I’m always happy to work with you to find a thoughtful solution.

All personalized and custom‑made orders are final sale, as each piece is crafted on a made‑to‑order basis. Designs shown in the listing are applied to your garment using the selected decoration method—DTF printing, embroidery, or sublimation—and may also include custom‑crafted fabric elements that create a one‑of‑a‑kind design.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal All products sold by Courtney Valentine Designs are made-to-order and either personalized or custom-made specifically for each customer. Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or that are clearly personalized. As all of our designs fall under this exemption, all sales are final. If you experience a defect or error on our part, please contact us at Design@courtneyvalentine.com within 14 days of receipt and we will make it right.
