PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMELINE

Personalized Designs:

Orders are prepared, packaged, and shipped within 1–5 business days. The estimated production timeframe may adjust slightly according to your order’s unique needs, including garment quantity and the complexity of the design details. Once shipped, packages typically arrive within 3–8 business days via First Class Mail.

Custom-Made Designs:

Orders are prepared, packaged, and shipped within 3 - 4 weeks. The estimated production timeframe may adjust slightly according to your order’s unique needs, including garment quantity and the complexity of the design details. Once shipped, packages typically arrive within 3–8 business days via First Class Mail.

EU Shipping Information Orders shipped to the European Union typically arrive within 7–14 business days after processing. Processing times remain 1–5 business days for personalized designs and 3–4 weeks for fully custom-made designs. Please note that orders over €150 may be subject to EU customs duties and import taxes upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by Courtney Valentine Designs at checkout. We recommend checking your country's customs regulations before placing your order.

LOST PACKAGES

C.V. Designs is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been transferred to the postal carrier. We work diligently to prepare and ship all orders within the stated timeframes.

A package that has been shipped but does not arrive is considered a lost package. If this occurs, we kindly ask that you contact the United States Postal Service (USPS) to begin the claim process. Packages in USPS possession remain their responsibility until delivery is completed.

All packages are insured and may qualify for a refund through USPS if they are not delivered. For more information or to file a claim, please visit www.USPS.com.
